Tailored for each couple's needs, I provide strength based counseling addressing current issues couples are facing while helping develop more transparent methods of communication. Homework is assigned in most sessions to help couple’s do the work of improving their marriage themselves while creating a safe space to address any unhealthy patterns that have evolved during the course of the marriage. We meet biweekly, preferably in person confronting the more difficult issues that have arisen, building up mutual empathy and  rekindling the love that brought the couple together.
